Penlar LLC offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

If a product has a verified manufacturer defect, Penlar LLC will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
